These are a few of my favourite photos from this lovely couple's wedding photography @morden_park_house at the end of May.
With the long summer evening, we were able to take a bit of time for post wedding portraits around Morden Park before heading off to the lovely braai reception in Wandsworth South London. It was such a pleasure to capture and share the say with these two special people.

Reading about the Morden Park House wedding shoot instantly took me back to my cousin’s ceremony two summers ago, when we chose a historic manor for the same reason—its timeless architecture and intimate garden. We hired a photographer who was also a woman, and the experience felt surprisingly comforting; she seemed to understand the subtle dynamics of a mixed‑gender bridal party without ever being intrusive. I remember her pausing by the marble staircase, directing the groom to lean against the rail while the bride’s veil caught the late afternoon light, creating that soft, ethereal glow that still appears in my phone’s gallery. The way she captured candid laughter during the reception, especially when the grandparents tried to teach the newlyweds…
